I booked a Junior Suite Poolside and really enjoyed the spaciousness of the room. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. The food options were diverse and tasted great. I particularly loved the atmosphere around the family pool area, where relaxation came easy. The entertainment programs kept us engaged throughout our stay, especially the nightly shows. However, I faced issues with the cleanliness at the beach. Some areas felt restricted and didn’t have sufficient seating available. Another inconvenience was with the transportation to the airport. there was a lack of communication, and my ride didn’t show up on time, causing a bit of stress. Thankfully, the receptionist quickly helped me find another ride.

It was just a suitable option for exploring town in Cancun with excellent value for money. The grounds staff were really friendly and made our stay more enjoyable. Plan to be patient at check-in. the wait can be pretty long.

the service at palladium was outstanding. any question or issue I had, the staff was quick to help. the beautiful grounds made exploring enjoyable. i loved the family pool area, especially where you could relax in the water. the entertainment from trs was a highlight and the variety of daily activities was impressive.

The resort had stunning grounds and a beautiful pool area. The Italian restaurant served delicious pasta that was a highlight of our stay. However, be prepared for potential check-in delays, and consider arriving later in the afternoon to avoid the rush.

the bathtub was a bit of a hassle at first. but loved the variety of restaurants. especially the tasty pasta at the Italian place. the pool service was awesome too!

The hotel is beautiful! And you really do feel like a king here. The staff was just excellent, helping us out like we were family! I mean, one night we had this amazing dinner at the Italian restaurant, the pasta will blow your mind. and let's not forget about the spa. Had a massage that felt like I was floating, seriously.

The junior suite offers spacious living with a beautiful garden view, making it a nice backdrop for relaxation. The numerous pools across the property provide plenty of options for lounging and swimming, catering to both couples and families.

The sales pitch during check-in felt redundant, especially after a long journey—I just wanted to settle in. The towel situation was frustrating, as there weren’t any available at the beach by mid-afternoon. Golf cart wait times could stretch a bit too long, particularly in the evenings. Additionally, the cleanliness of our room left something to be desired. dirt on the floors and overly firm pillows didn't contribute much to comfort. Also, the dining options felt limited, particularly the snack bar which could use more vegetarian choices like chickpeas to enhance variety.

The pools were absolutely stunning and the bar service around them was top-notch! 😊 Although the check-in was chaotic, it didn’t ruin our fun. Wish the towels were in better shape though.
